100 Night Sleep Trial

We're so confident that you’re going to love your Willow Mattress, that we’ll give you a 100 night trial.

During the 100 night trial, should you discover that your mattress is too firm or too soft, you can request for a change of the mattress core arrangement free-of-charge up to two times during the 100 day trial. We want to make sure you get the right feel for your new mattress. Additional changes may incur a nominal fee.

Our satisfaction rate is 99.5% and we can almost always find a comfort level to suit. In the highly unlikely event we cannot find a right solution, we will collect the mattress and refund your purchase price. Though we may need to charge up to $250 to cover our 3rd party transport and admin costs. 

However, we do ask that you sleep on the mattress for at least 30 days to give you time to get used to it. It takes time for your body to adjust to any new mattress and for some people this can be as quick as a few days and for others a couple of months. We also ask you to inform us of any issues you are experiencing as soon as possible (you will usually know within a week or so if it feels too firm or soft) so that we can work with you to try and adjust the comfort level to one that works for you.

Please don't wait 2-3 months before contacting us.

Whilst we never re-sell a used mattress as new we do ask that that it is returned in good condition. As a small business, we cannot accept returns just because you have damaged your mattress.

Your 100-night trial starts on the date of delivery.

Please note: The 100-night trial does not apply to non-standard/custom size orders. And only to those customers who have come in to our pop-up/showroom to try the mattress before they buy. Additionally, it only applies to one/the first mattress and not subsequent mattresses/orders placed. Hence if you are looking to buy multiple mattresses then we would suggest you order just one to start with.
